Broccoli - Purple Sprouting

Brassica oleracea  Open pollinated. Hardy.
One of the easiest and most prolific broccoli you can grow.  Quite a large plant which produces numerous purple florets.  It is a sprouting broccoli so will form numerous shoots rather than one main head.  Keep it well picked and it will reward you with a continuous supply of broccoli for at least a month.  Unfortunately like most purple vege it turns green when cooked.  Use raw for beautiful looking (and tasting) salads.  Allow 40-50cm. Punnet of 6 seedlings.
