Brassica oleracea Heirloom. Hardy. Silver/blue curly leaved Kale or Borecole that overwinters well. Chop finely and add to salads and any dished where you would use silverbeet or sauté with a little soy and sesame oil. Good winter vege. Prefers cooler weather. Plant 20cm apart. Punnet of 6 seedlings.
